We have confirmed that this is due to a third party dependency. To combat this slowness, we have increased the number of IndividualSearch instances that are running in the cluster. this will enable us to process leads at about twice the rate even against the third party systems.
We have confirmed that leads are still processing with the expected rate of accuracy. It is specifically just a slow down. Currently investigating our proxying capabilities.
We’re aware of an issue slowing the identification of individual contact information. We’re online and working on a resolution.
